Shipping Policy

At Nail Hause, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. To ensure a smooth process, please read the following shipping policy before placing your order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, however, during high volume periods, processing time may be extended. Please allow an additional few days for processing during these times. Orders placed after 3pm CT will begin processing the following business day. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.  Full collection orders may take 7-10 business days to be processed.

Processing vs. Shipping Timeframes
Please note that processing and shipping timeframes are distinct.

  • Processing Timeframe: This refers to the time it takes for us to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order.
  • Shipping Timeframe: This is the duration it takes for your package to reach its destination once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Delays and Loss: In case of high volume orders, shipment may be delayed. We are not responsible for any shipment delays due to natural occurrences, holidays, or carrier issues. We are also not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier service first. The carrier will have more information on the package's transit and an insurance claim may need to be filed with them.

Address Change & Returned Packages: Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other reasons, a refund will be issued, minus the original shipping fee.

Shipping Carrier: We highly recommend choosing UPS or USPS Priority as your shipping carrier at checkout for a faster and reliable service. USPS first-class mail may experience delays. Please choose USPS Priority or UPS if you would like your package to be insured. 

International Orders: Please note that international orders may be subject to import fees, duties, taxes, value-added tax (VAT), customs fees, and a Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF). These fees vary by country and are not included in the cost of the order.
