At Nail Hause, we understand that buying products online can sometimes result in unexpected issues. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. To help with this, please review the following refund policy:
Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, and all sales are final. However, if there is a mistake on our part, we will resolve all issues to the best of our ability.
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours. A 3% processing fee will not be refunded in case of an order cancellation. An order cannot be canceled once it has began processing. If you would like to add or remove items from your order, please contact customer support immediately.
Order Issues: In the rare event that there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within five days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent Orders: Orders flagged as fraudulent will be automatically canceled and refunded.
